Description: This enhancement will allow scheduling by a Load rather than by a PO.
How do I schedule web appointment by Transportation Load?
Follow these 4 steps to schedule web appointment by Transportation Load.
- Enter Transportation Load: From the 'Request an Appointment' screen select your delivery company and enter the Transportation Load number. Click the Add button or use the
Enter key to add the load to the list. Repeat the above process
for each load. When all loads have been entered, select the Next button.
- Verify Transportation Load status: The current status of each entered order in the Dock Scheduling database of the delivery customer is shown on this screen. If the order status is already scheduled, the order number, scheduled appointment time, duration and confirmation number will be showned on the screen.
- Request Appointment: Select the Requested Delivery Date and enter your comments
in the comments area. Select Request Appointment
button to submit the request for review.
- Final review: From this screen you can review the Web Appointment request
and make changes or submit the request.
Description: This enhancement will allow rescheduling an existing appointment.
How do I change web appointment request?
Follow these 4 steps to request change of a 'Web Appointment'.
- Enter orders: From the 'Request an Appointment' screen select your delivery company and enter the purchase order number of the first order you will be delivering. Select the Add button or use
the Enter key to move the order
to the Orders On this load group. Repeat the above process for each order you will
be delivering. When all orders have been entered, select the
Next button.
- Verify order status: The current status of each entered order in the Dock Scheduling database of the delivery customer is shown on this screen. If the order status is already scheduled, the order number, scheduled appointment time, duration and confirmation number will be showned on the screen.
- Change request: Select the Requested Delivery Date and enter your change comments in the comments area. Select Request Appointment
button to submit the change request for review.
- Final review: From this screen you can review the change Appointment request and make changes or submit the change request.
Description: This enhancement will allow a carrier making a web appointment to specify that it requires a lumper unload.
How do I request the lumper?
Follow these 4 steps to request a lumper for unloading.
- Enter orders: From the 'Request an Appointment' screen select your delivery company and enter the purchase order number of the first order you will be delivering. Select the Add button or use
the Enter key to move the order
to the Orders On this load group.Repeat the above process for each order you will
be delivering. When all orders have been entered, select the
Next button.
- Request lumper: If Lumper Load flag is enabled, you will see a Yes/No choice on the Create Appointment page to indicate whether a lumper is needed for unloading. If Lumper Load flag is required, you *must* choose Yes or No. If it is not required, you can leave the choice blank.
- Request appointment: Select the Requested Delivery Date and select
Request Appointment button to submit the web appointment request for review.
- Final review: From this screen you can review the Appointment request and make changes or submit the change request.
Description: This enhancment now make it possible for Canadian and Mexican addresses to register on RetalixTraffic.com.
How do I register Canadian and Mexican addresses?
Follow these 3 steps to register Canadian and Mexican addresses.
- Open Register screen: From the RetalixTraffic.com main page, click the
Register button.
- Enter information: Key in Firstname, Lastname, etc. Select the Canadian or
Mexican state/province and fill in the rest of information.
- Submit Registration: Click the Submit
button to submit the registration.
